At Artifact Leather Company, we stand by the craftsmanship of our goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the leather goods securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
