How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our items are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your leather goods?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. Artifact Leather Company offers a lifetime warranty on all stitching and hardware. If your item fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
How should I care for my leather item?
We recommend applying a high-quality leather balm every 4-6 months to keep the hide hydrated. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heavy water saturation.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-embossed products are final sale.
